Where appropriate, FMP coordinates with the company's legal counsel, auditors, accountants, SEC filing specialists, investor relations professionals, transfer agents, market makers, and other advisors to support the company's continuing public company obligations. FMP Capital Partners is not a funding company; we do not invest directly or provide loans.
