What does FMP Capital Partners do?
FMP Capital Partners is an independent corporate finance and capital markets advisory firm. We advise, structure, and coordinate — helping qualified companies access the U.S. capital markets through Nasdaq and OTC listing advisory, IPO advisory, capital raising, M&A, corporate restructuring, and related strategic advisory services.
Is FMP a funding company, lender, or broker-dealer?
No. FMP Capital Partners does not invest directly, provide loans, or currently operate as a registered broker-dealer. We are developing integrated brokerage capabilities as an emerging capability; until that platform is live, capital introductions and transaction execution involving securities are coordinated with appropriately licensed broker-dealer partners.
Does FMP provide legal, audit, or tax services?
No. FMP does not provide legal, audit, accounting, tax, or investment management services. These services are provided by appropriately licensed independent professionals retained directly by the client, or introduced through FMP's professional network where helpful.
What is the typical engagement process?
Engagements follow a five-phase process: introductory meeting and assessment, confidentiality and formal engagement, institutional due diligence, strategy and planning, and execution. How long does an engagement typically take?
Timelines vary significantly by transaction type, company readiness, and regulatory pathway. Timeline expectations are established during the Preliminary Capital Markets Assessment and confirmed in the engagement proposal, rather than quoted generically.
What are FMP's engagement fees?
